I agree with you on the defensive side, for sure. I'd go so far as to say they need a strong defensive 4th line as well.

Agreed. Trading him is stupid. We haven't had a decent defense in 10-15 years. We'll finally have a defense that looks like, Dahlin, Risto, Guhle, Scandlla, which will be one of the top defenses in the league, and everyone wants to blow it up. It's like people are so use to losing they're afraid of finally being able to win.

Having Mitts as your 2nd line center after 6 games in the NHL is moronic. Look forward to another bottom 3 season in the NHL next year.

A lot of it was from the PP
And a lot of it was Off Zone starts
And a lot of it was against weaker competition when possible
