He didn’t hurt my feelings. I treat all players and picks as assets with a numerical value. I knew he was a problem in the locker room and I shared all of this with you guys. Sure enough, two weeks later he quit and ran back to Russia.

I'd rather keep him and hope he matures(like Dadanov/Radulov have over time).

If someone offers up a 3rd or early 4th, I'd do it if there's a prospect I like still on the board but otherwise i'd keep him instead of trading him for a 5th.

Kotkaniemi is the 1 to grab...future star

i'm hoping for 1 of Koykaniemi,Bouchard or Wahlstrom

Well let’s not get carried away. Despite what lefty thinks Bo is a very legit top 2 C. Any prospect has to put in a sh!t load of work before they displace Bo

if you think he's Barkov, then you should be pumping his tires, not freakin Bouchard's lol


Barkov is an elite 1C. I do agree that Kotkaniemi is being a bit underrated due to lack of exposure, but I don't think his ceiling is that high(at least from what I've read for people who followed him over in Finland). I think he has similar offensive upside as Tkachuk, just depends on who is the more natural C and obviously Tkachuk provides the grit/physicality as well.
