In that runout, Detroit probably picks Hughes so that means essentially our choices are Tkachuk (hell no) or Bouchard. I'd pick Bouchard in that case.

boqvist or kotkaniemi

(hughes if available)

Its a new month. It was Dobson for April. May was Walhstrom. June is..... Hayton? Do need a center.

Wtf? Button compared Boqvist to Karlsson in the fall, Kotkanimi to Kopitar and Hayton to Bergeron. You don’t like Bergeron? Or you prefer kopitar or Karlsson? Or are you stupid and don’t like any of these hall of famers?

At 7. I doubt I would. If Hughes is available maybe Edmonton wants him or NYI. Trade down and pick up. Possibilities are endless 👍

You mean they're not standing near each other or this 17 year old kid will never on God's green earth be the player Kopitar is?

They probably said the same thing about Kopitar being as good as someone else, truth be told, no one can say matter of factly this kid will never be this good. You just don't know.

I don't know enough about him to guess yes or no, but the write-ups about him are excellent. His biggest downside is his first step. Hockey IQ through the charts and he's top 20 in history for a 17 year old playing in the professional SM-liliga for points per game, I think I read that.

I think most scouting reports we read are just too kind.

Joel Armia had a better draft season then Kotkaniemi. They have similiar games, IMO. Kotkaniemi does fit the Vegas NHL. Hound the pick carrier.

Did Armia play in the Finish elite league against men in his draft year? I don't know that's why I'm asking and I'm too lazy to look it up.

29 points in 48 games.

Compared to 29 in 57 for Kotkaniemi

So you're not high on Kotkaniemi? Not enough flash for you? Do you know how he was used vs how Armia was used? What type of minutes they had and what types of situations?

Saying this guys had 29 point and this guy had 27 points is essentially meaningless unless there's context.

Because I dont think he plays like Kopitar?

This goes to your second answer too. Lol you are trying really hard to figure it out for no reason.
