What year are we talking? I was looking at 97-98, the last year the Bulls won, when they beat the Jazz, Malone was almost 35 at the end of the playoffs.
- Wetbandit1

rodman was 3 years older than malone

wikipedia works great for date of birth

malone was 32, rodman was 35

I was called an old man at 40 a few days ago.

People were concerned about me breaking a hip in an altercation .

I guess age is based on perspective sometimes?

Was it the same person that made inferences on my age, political views and social class? 🤣

If ONE guy is to start on the Sabres that played exclusively for the Amerks last season, who would that guy be? Guhle and Nelson don't count.

Ulmark.

Please no Nylander until he proves himself in the AHL.

Get ‘er done Stevie!

I’m hoping that my 2nd team takes a run at signing JT.

His talents would fit in quite nicely centering Kucherov and Stammer on the top line...replacing Namestikov there.
JT Miller was pretty good, but he didn’t move the needle enough.

It would be a tough fit a $10m contract, but they would need to show some aged vets the door...like Chris Kunitz, Dan Girardi, Andre Sustr...that gets you $8.5m there...so it is close with the balance absorbed by the $2-$4m expected cap increase.

You do understand there’s a salary cap and you have pay Kucherov 11m

I do understand it very, very well.

That is another $6m +/-
Callahan at age 34 would be 5.8m of it.
Tampa has a roster mix of old and young players...have 3 nhl ready Dmen coming up..so those entry level contracts will replace the likes of some older Dmen on their roster now.
Forwards will be a bigger challenge...and I love Callahan, but he is getting up there in age...time to churn him out when Kutcher is needing a new contract.

I have faith in Stevie Y.

Oh yes, absolutely.
Your crystal ball is very hazy.
The only argument left for Him is just that...but there is zero evidence...just hope.

Me hopes so too, as the Sabres simply cannot afford to have him bust.

Zadina - Eichel - Gallagher
Pacioretti - Mitts - Okposo
Bailey/Olofsson - ERod - Pommer
Wilson - Girgs/Malone - Baptiste

Buffalo would then have 3 1st rounders in 2019 draft...could plug in a couple more holes

Well to be fair I don’t think he can really be worse.
