Why is a #1 or #2 damn getting traded twice so early in his career? Makes me wonder too... esp when it doesn’t happen often, if ever with those defensive players. - gordong
There are rumors he drinks cat piss and horse jizz. |

I am still trying to figure out how a kid who put up more then .5 ppg getting less then 14 minutes of ice time can never be expected to be a second line center |

ROR McCabe and 32 for Skinner and Hanifin
Sign JT, sign Bernier
Skinner Eichel Reinhart
Mittelstadt Tavares Okposo
Smith ERod Baptiste
Wilson Larsson Pommer
Scandella (to start) Dahlin
Hanifin Risto
Guhle Nelson
Bogo
Bernier
Ullmark
It’s not perfect but until someone earns a call up and gets Larsson out and Pommer but that’s a playoff team IMO if the goaltending holds up
Then in 2019 you have the young kids working into the lineup more. - Stripes77
Gotta have an agreement that Skinner will extend, otherwise I’m not risking it
I know Dahlin can play RD,
but he plays the left more often
And it would be best to at least start him in his strong side while he adjusts to smaller ice surface & NHL competition
If u wanna get Larsson out of the lineup,
put Mitts at 3C, slide E Rod to 4C
Bailey slots in at one of the LW spots
Give him, Smith, O’Regan, etc their chance to play next to JT... or even Nylander, maybe Olofsson?
Or put E Rod at LW and play O’Regan at 4C
Or give Malone or Asplund a shot at 4C
Or it should be easy enough to sign a decent 4C in free agency

ryan miller for ovi
discuss - homiedclown
Didn’t that ALMOST happen?
If i remember right,
it was Miller + Stafford
Remember Washington called that Huge press conference
And then i think all they announced was they got Erat- which I’m sure they didn’t call a big press conference just for him
Maybe when the deal fell apart,
the Caps GM panicked to try & make a deal to help them
Could explain why his dumbass traded away Forsberg |

Bring me the Hoffman - jcragcrumple
I’d MUCH rather have Stone
He’s probably gonna want 7mil
Don’t think Ottawa wants to pay that
Pick 32, Nylander, + ?
Idk if that gets it done? |

Well, Smith-Pelly is Canadian, which is a bit different, because Trump isn't his president. IDK, I thought it was odd that Tim Thomas didn't want to meet Obama, and I guess this is odd too. Thankfully, we're all free to be outraged about whatever is the flavor du jour. Outrage seems to be the language everyone speaks these days.
I will say that every other American is entitled to their viewpoint (I recognize Smith-Pelly is Canadian), so despite their status under the limelight, they're entitled to their actions and opinions as well
Hell, Lehner loves Trump. Everyone has an opinion - jcragcrumple

Oh how the times have changed. 6 years it was an "apolitical" event where the occupant of the White House didn't matter. Now all of a sudden athletes are heroes for skipping. |

He played all 82 games and is playing almost all of the game at age 33 and risking everything to win a championship with people that aren’t even starting players
When did The great MJ do that ? Lol

I think it would be Reinhart + 32.
They're both RW. Id probably still do it. It appeals to Melnyk's cheapness
Edit: what Ott really needs next year is a first round pick.
Reinhart, 2019 1st, #32, Pominville (salary dump) for Stone and Hoffman?
That would be a major move |
