Because you can see the different types of roster moves being made over the past few years during Gorton's GM reign compared to when Sather was GM.

And replying to that, then what the hell is the point of the GM title in the first place? Many other teams have POHO's and they let their GMs do their job(Rangers, Leafs are examples) yet oversee and set higher expectations for. What makes this scenario any different?

You may be right and it seems to be a lot of people's thought process with this. My thought is why? Why let it go that far? The WORLD knows both Weight and Snow are completely incompetent there's no evaluation that needs to be done. Why potentially sacrifice ANOTHER season to just do the inevitable? Fire them both and get on with it Lameriello isn't getting any younger and to me anything else is putting lipstick on a pig almost hoping for failure. Lou at this point shouldn't be looking for a reason to fire these two clowns and everyone they hired that reason exists and is in plain sight. Get it done and let's start doing things the right way keeping either or God forbid both is clearly NOT the right way.

Can certainly debate skill levels of Hall/Hamonic. Wasn't a trade #Isles felt they could make w/ one of the emotional leaders of the team.

What's really funny is the negative press and fan response that this reported trade was getting. Bahwahwahwahwah. The guy "mis worded" 10 tweets over a one month period. Whoops
