Second round pick that takes 3-4 years

Sign me up I like him

It's not as uncommon as you'd think, young dmen take some time to develop, some don't some do. I think Mattias Ohlund took three years in the SEL before he came over to the Canucks?

Edler took three years of development before he became a full time Canuck too.

I believe I was saying I am fine if it takes 3-4 years that should be the standard

If you are right more than you’re wrong, then every year you have a guy or two who were drafted 3 or 4 years ago ready to step into the lineup.

Exactly

Only one or two players every year should be able to crack your roster after playing a few years on your farm system . If you have two players per year making tour team , you have a real sh1tty team

Unreal. By all accountability the Caps should be up 2-0. If Garys refs stay out of it the Caps should have it in 6.

Looked like Vegas has a lot of jump out the gate, but as the game progresses the Caps start to impose their system a bit more. The longer this series gets, the more it plays for the Caps I think.

Sucks about Kuzy though, that's a pretty big blow.

Precisely. They adjusted on the fly to take out Crosby and Stamkos now they are doing the exact same this vs Vegas' system. Vegas is playing 1 style and it's showing they may not be able to adjust but we'll see.

Losing Kuznetzov is big but WAS should be able to work around it. Is he done for the series?

I don't know – haven't seen them adjust too much before, mainly because they haven't had to. Not saying they can't, just think the Caps have a better resume of tweaking so far these playoffs. I'm still thinking/hoping Caps in 6.

It really looked like he broke his wrist on that hit. Just how suddenly he was in pain and how much he supported it... didn't look good. But I have zero idea, just from observation.

Well Dragon, looks like I was right to say that you thought Ricky Bowness should be fired from Tampa as he has been.

So either a good call to you, or a, shouldn't have denied it, to you. Either way, he's out and you were the first person to say that it would be a start for them to do.....
