Who cares. We should stay clear of him. He’s apparently a very difficult guy to coach and has a very big ego; likely to clash with teammates. And the cost wouldn’t be worth it

How is it apparent that he’s a difficult person to coach? Because the media (Toronto) portrayed him that way?

I’m asking because everything I’ve ever seen portrays him as a good team guy, except for when he was in Toronto.

The rumours I’ve read out of Pit say that Sullivan is done with him. He gets pissy when he doesn’t get his way. He doesn’t like to stay within the system sometimes. Do you remember the spat he had with Malkin in the playoffs last year?
Sure, it’s all media driven speculation but I’ve seen and read enough to realize there likely is an issue of some sort. Besides, he’s 31. How likely is he to remain effective for a few more years?
Our target should be Sprong (+)if we are looking at a Brodie to PIT trade. I read a trade proposal from a PIT fan that suggested Brodie with retained salary for Sprong, Hagelin ($ dump) and a 2nd.

If only that fan was the GM. I’d take that deal in a heartbeat
A young RW with potential, speedy bottom 6, and a 2nd? No way Pens would ever go for that deal
