I agree to a point. But honestly, it seemed at times like if someone took the opportunity to play physically AV would punish them. Either with fewer minutes or a demotion to the 4th line.

I agree, but the coach sets the tone and is the one that holds the players accountable. It starts from the top, and if a player isn't willing to pay the price than the coach (or ultimately the GM) has to deal with that player accordingly.

I think there are. Kreider, Vesey, Andersson, Zuke. Shatty and Skjei can be a bit nasty when they want to. Its going to be up to Quinn to bring this team together to play for each other.
