100%. I'd trade any of their D other than Morissey to be honest, Myers has played well but if I had to I would. Chevy seems pretty saavy, maybe he could deal buff.

It’s funny how a year ago Chevy’s job security was being questioned ....now not so much

Miller McIssac Bahl are my three choices in that order
- VANTEL

Berggren or Bokk for me if they are there. Also hoping for a second high 1st to pickup Merkley

No kidding. Handed them 2/3 of their top line and their coach If Vegas wins the Cup it's completely on the Panthers

ya for sure. I was always impressed with him stockpiling picks and talent, just took a while for the culture to change.

According to what I've read, that was all fan reaction to a poor season. Supposedly even at the time ownership had faith in Chevy and Maurice.

The biggest steal of the whole thing is Wild Bill, I don't get letting Marchessault go but Karlsson is waaaaaaay better player and Smith is understandable to not protect IMO.

Merkley could easily be there at 37.

Yeah I’ve hear that a few times this post season ...and the way he conducted himself at trade deadlines etc would make this appear to be legit

It's funny how Neal was their poster boy last summer and now watching them in the playoffs you kind of forget he's even on the team some games.

In Heinsight yes, who knew that a guy that put up 47 points in 165 NHL games would breakout like that.

Totally. He's been good for sure, but just like on the Pens he's like a good depth guy.

Ya I agree the Florida guys were a lot easier to predict, both had scored 30 goals at one point. I think they were protecting one of their young d, which I get, but yeah Florida poop the bed and should never have given up Marchesault after his breakout year.

Based on draft position, age , and all career stats until this seasons there is no reason to believe he was going to put up this seasons numbers as a career total let alone in one year lol

If he was a baseball player I would say he was on steroids with inflated numbers like this with zero sign of the potential

Same rules but I think Vegas is exempt from the expansion. So I can see a lot of teams making deals with Vegas.

yeah, I agree it's not the same situation. Karlsson came out of nowhere. Still, so good.

I have 2nd pick in my dynasty pool, I'm considering him over Svech. Rookies are worth a lot in this format though.

I've stopped trying to predict that team though, I seriously had them losing every round and they've proven me wrong. I would like to see OV win though.

I had them beating the Cali teams. Thought they'd go down in the West final for sure. Now I'm favouring them slightly over Washington
