I didn't ask for a roster player.

Ah, I thought you meant in addition to Sheary.

Oh no. I like Sheary but I wouldn't want him for AA. I would be in a purely acquire players 21 years of age and younger for DET mode.

I was underwhelmed by the lack of rioting last night. The closest thing we got to a riot was the neighbors calling in a noise complaint on us after we got last called. Step your game up, DC. Be more like Vancouver.

Well they should riot when they lose in the Final then.

Can't believe Kane got that much in both term and $ considering his injury and character concerns. This is a pretty good year for free agency...

C - Tavares, Stasny, Thornton (technically), Bozak
W - JVR, Neal, Nash, Kovalchuk, Perron
D - Carlson, Green, De Haan, Cole, Johnson

I'd really love to get Nash on a 2-3 year deal for $5m or so. I think he and Malkin would be unstoppable together with the puck. You could put Sprong there on the other wing who will get tons of opportunity to snipe.

If Nash is gone, Kovy would be a good option too. The guy can still snipe and wants to win a cup badly.

The decline is real with Nash and I think his stint with the Bs (which started off great) shows that. Still a good hockey player, but I’d only really want him for like 4 mil or so. Some desperate team will offer him 5-6.

I would only want Nash for one year too. Just to be able to walk away if need be.
