Agreed, if there's any change that should be made it's in the coaching position.

I'm not sure that is the answer, not sure it's not either but he can't make Kucherov work hard, back check or not turn the puck over. Sure he can sit Kucherov, who looked very poor the whole series, but then he gets blasted for sitting Kucherov. There is a no win situation for a coach with a roster that has as much talent as Tampa has, he either wins the Cup or should be fired which I think is wrong.

I agree coaching changes are coming and its going to be Rick Bowness out and someone else in.

Cooper who I'll be honest I am not a huge fan of deserves to keep his job.

I also think next year they need to move Sergachev into the top 4 permanently. I wonder if Foote can jump right into the NHL like Serg.

As much as I feel Coburn is slow he played solid against the Caps.

For the O - big decision on Tyler Johnson if to move him, they might also try to move another forward maybe Killorn. I am not sold on JT Miller so I could see them moving on from him but he is a big body this team needs.
