i cant see it being a big issue overall.

Lots of people are very high on Hunters super drafting ability..but to me its a big whatever. I dont know how well he did with the Leafs...but so far looks like a big lot of underwhelming stuff. No better for worse than other teams. If someone is supposed to be the best at something. I would think we would have some decent evidence.

the 2015 draft looks the best to so far (easiest to asses since we have more time) but Dubas was just as much a part of that draft.

Probably wasn't involved with the draft at all.

Or, knowing Lou, he was smart enough to have it in his contract that he doesn't have to follow certain rules because Lou is Lou.

Write it down - Hunter will be the new GM of the Seattle Expansion team.

Just heard a story about the new kid Robertson. He was told that the consensus was he was going to be picked in the first round. He said he sat around before the draft praying he wouldn't be a first rounder so the chances were better that he might fall to #53 and be picked by the Leafs.
