You aren't getting one of Faulk or Hanifin for either of those guys.

Remember we've got Martin Necas and Andrei Svechnikov coming into the fold up front next year.

- BINGO!

Nelson or JHS might be interesting to the Canes. I don’t think Either alone gets Faulk and never said that but they can certainly be in the discussion.
Going to be a very interesting off season for both clubs.

Edit: like Faulk Nelson needs a change in scenery.

Is Barzal better than Ho Sang? Yes. Could the Islanders use help skating the puck into the offensive zone when Barzal and Leddy aren't on the ice? Yes.

I'd hate to see Ho Sang traded somewhere else for a bag of pucks, and then see him reach his potential and burn the Isles.

I like JHS and I was hoping he would succeed, but if he can (along with other pieces) get a top 4 d-man or starting goalie then bye-bye Josh. I don't want to trade him just to get him out of the organization.

I don’t think he’s moved unless it makes sense. At the end I think we agree on JHS.

Trade from a position of strength for a need and we can score so if he helps acquire d then see ya

He’s not getting traded for a bag of pucks. He has skill and is young.

Problem with him is he skates the puck out of the zone, then proceeds to dipsy doodle and turn it over for an opposing teams goal. He will get scratched the next game and make an effort to get better but slowly becomes the same player. His biggest problem is he doesn’t know how to keep his mouth shut!
If you look at him at Bridgeport he was ok. Nothing special and did the same things wrong he was sent down there to work on.

Funny, but I found him refreshing after listening to everyone else's standard boilerplate party line BS for years and years. Also, after he went to Bridgeport, I didn't hear a peep out of him until near the end of the season when he vented his frustration at the Islanders missing the playoffs while he was stuck in Bridgeport. Maybe it was coincidence, but the Isles had a decent record while he was on the team, but played like crap while he was in Bridgeport.

He’s a hockey player not a talk show host

Shows how good he is and how valuable he will be in the trade market

I'd rather listen to a talk show host after a victory than JT after a loss.

I hope he brings back a lot in a trade! But I'd rather find a coach who can work with the guy and bring out his talent.

Still not enough. Edmonton needs to retain 80% of his salary.

Your delusional! Your talking about a hall of fame builder with more rings than you have IQ.
You wouldn’t know a hockey puck if it hit you in your fat bald dome.

Give me a (frank)ing break.

To answer your question, Snow is nutless he can stay forever he means nothing. Lou is making all decisions. What in the world don’t you understand about Lou L making all decisions? Holy Shat talk about thick headed.

To be fair... though we disagree... I heard about a meeting with Lou that reminded me of your position and that you might be right.... and how in an “era of Lou” now... things can change on a dime.

Their comment was: was drilled for a few minutes with pointed questions like a lawyer that didn’t allow anything more than yes or no. Then it was over. Couldn’t get a read on him whatsoever. Best poker face I ever saw.

It's funny, because at one time I thought he was the Isles' best goalie prospect.
