Modern hockey.

Speed first and foremost. Great goaltending.

Flyers could learn something from them.

Speed, goaltending, hard work. You gotta love this team

Respect.

They play the game the right way. Gritty, skilled, fast and I'd laugh if anyone called them a dirty club.

Past accomplishments mean jack poop, let those glory days go and evolve with the game as it is today.

I hope they win it. A big F U to the dinosaur big wigs running the rest of the league.

Speed, speed, speed, it’s the name of the game. Looking at Provy, Sanheim, TK, Rubtsov and Frost, I think Hextall gets it.

Yea, the Flyers need to learn about speed and goaltending. I'm sure that they're not aware of that. Maybe you can point it out to them.

Remember when Bellemare wasn't a good enough player here?

Speed and aggressive play.

I dont really agree with the style this club is playing overall, but we shall see.

Probably the funniest thing I find is (frank)ing Reaves. GWG today and nearly a league cast off. Good for him.

Lappy taught him all he knows?

Are the Flyers a team that tries to slow the game down, or the opposite?

Bellemare was never the problem on the 4th line here. The problem was VdV and the revolving door at RW.

This game got me into hockey.

I was scrolling through the TV came across ESPN and this game barely spoke English but couldn't help but enjoy the insanity I was seeing.

Personally I think it’s a complete and unmitigated disaster that Vegas is going to the Stanley Cup Final.

It completely validates Bettman’s expansion strategy. A watered down product is only going to get more watered down as yet another team is added.

It would’ve been much better for everyone if Vegas sucked.

I guess I feel happy for the players but considering James Neal is on the team, nah not really.

The addition of Vegas obviously hasn't watered down the product.

I love it.

Just shows what morons Bergevin, Chiarelli, basically anyone with the Panthers and other geniuses really are.

Give it time. The special draft rules implemented are meant to cover it up in the short term.

That doesn't make sense. Betteman's job is to make the league more profitable and to build the business of the league. That's what was clearly done with adding Vegas to the league.

I am very happy for Vegas.

For sure they got

To pick a fast team from scratch, a team that was picked for today’s NHL. They would have no real baggage and could start with a championship Goalie, all good

It’s too early to tell if adding Vegas to the league is beneficial. Of course it is in the short term, due to the influx of expansion fee dollars, but at the end of the day it is yet another team to split revenues.

We’ll see how the franchise does after this short term illusionary team is gone.

I will give Bettman credit, he did stack the deck in their favor by implementing the rules for this particular expansion draft.
