Here's something cool: in 1995-96 (Florida's 3rd season) they go to the finals with
Goalie 32 year old John Vanbiesbrouck save percentage in the playoffs .932, GAA: 2.25 - now he was a good goalie, but those are pretty nice playoff stats. And have a look at the seasons that the Panthers have had since.
