If what Staple reported was true........Lou Lamoriello representing the isles meeting with Tavares is all i needed to hear. Nowhere in that meeting was there a mention of Snow or Weight or any other bozo. Perhaps now, people will be hired on merit and not favors returned

Yep! JT may still not sign even with Lou, but he sure had every chance to sign after Belmont was done and he has not signed. Lou should have a much better chance signing JT than Garth.

I know many might disagree, but I have to believe it will come down to a money issue. He was on the best contract for years for a top 5 player, he wants to get paid and I don't think anyone can blame him.
