Just look at Winnipeg...
basically the same exact team as last year

Last year,
Bad goaltending & they miss the playoffs
This year,
Really good goaltending and they are Cup contenders

That just goes to show that even 1 deficency in your team can dramatically affect how good/bad the TEAM as a whole is

And the past 3 years of the Sabres had plenty of deficiencies that u shouldn’t be blaming O’Reilly for

Its close thats forsure. But i still take Hedman. He is better offensively and almost as good defensively as Doughty. I take either of them on my team though if im starting a franchise.
