And a simple response to your jargon. The nhl takes into account a few diff things. Since you are a blogger I assume you don’t really know anything. But let’s go with you do. Did oshie intend to injure the other player? No. Did oshie make contact with the other player? No. Was what oshie did a hockey play/move? Yes.

So a puck hits a guy in the face and you come back with well he coulda hit him? Shoulda coulda woulda. Hockey is a dangerous sport and when a malicious play occurs it should be penalized severly. (Ie Wilson)

But to even state and try to justify your reasoning with “well he could have” is as short sighted and ignorant as is ridiculous as it gets. You deserve to be put on blast for it.

That's the issue, Oshie hit Hedman on the glove.

The Caps defensive game is on point right now and given their offensive talent and how well Holtby is playing..... They are looking very good.

If they keep this up the cup is theirs.
