See what pisses me off is referees will wave off a goal due to goalie interference because 4 atoms in a player's jersey collided with 2 atoms in the goalie's mask after video electron microscope review. Or they rule someone offside by 0.031 angstroms and it negates a goal. Or someone gets 2 minutes for hooking because 6 electrons of a titanium atom in their stick came in contact with 3 epithelial cells of another player's abdomen.

First off: Morin is going no where. Every time someone gets injured a couple nervous posters call for a trade. Morin will be with the big league.

Secondly: the goalie situation is something I have to feel Hexy knows well. He did play the position a couple games. Clearing contracts and holding spots is where we are right now. He has some talent in the system and nothing is easy with
goalies but I feel our future is solid here. Just not next year.

Lastly: a third line center will not be an easy fix. While money is looking better but we will have to pay to hold onto some of the young talent we have and the more Hexy has to work with the better deals he can manage. FA can cost some. Thinking a trade maybe a better deal if they can find a partner. Again, next year is not the year to sell out on. A couple years away yet.

oh yeah. this might be their year. it was beyond frustrating to lose to them in the fashion in which the pens did, but youre dead on the money.

guys that are far from household names like beagle and eller are just absolutely winning every single battle.

i know they have some guys with size, but this isnt winning by brute might and utter physical dominance. theres complete execution and consistently winning the one on one battles up and down the lineup.

it was 2-2 until caps goal with 1:08 to go in the 2nd off a broken dump in with a lightning dman blowing a tire behind the net. then vasi takes a tripping penalty on another dump in with 10 seconds left, the bolts lose the draw and knock one in with 2 seconds left from the goal line near the corner. the whole game changed and ended in 60 seconds.
