They’ve been the worst team in the league over the last three years, they never get to draft in the top three, they only have one blue-chip prospect, the goaltending is a huge question mark, two of their best players just retired, and there’s still a non-zero chance that their management group doesn’t know what it’s doing.

In short, there is no logical or rational reason to think this team will be good again for years to come.

I don’t think this team needs any more ridicule than any other team. If these boards are any indication of fans perception then every damn team here is fcuking up somehow, their GM’s are being questioned and torn apart the same as here. I just cleaned up a post where some Pens fans are calling for Sheary head, b2b Stanley Cups and not good enough...

The only difference is you (collective you) are passionate about the Canucks and anything that is tried is under a microscope, and subject to media scrutiny that leads to stupid Botchford or Brown goes down articles.
