This day in May 9th is the horrible one year ago anniversary of the real beginning of A.V.'s coaching end here, with that Game 6 and blown series loss to Ottawa, instead of them winning it in 5 games only.
That led later to their off season hiring of Lindy Ruff as defensive coach, with many then thinking the hiring was made for him to replace A.V. during the season if things would have gone bad. But that was without them ever having in their mind they would go so bad, to instead announce their player sell off in that early February memo they revealed to all. |

That's of corsie your tomtanker with those magic Corsi Cards.
He also tried to pull a Bettmann and make one of our draft picks acquired in the McDonagh/Miller trade to Tampa disappear two days ago. - RangerSaver

I gather Peter that you also meant to say with that gif on tom, the same words about 30 years ago that Gretzky spoke of about his real rooting interest team in the Devils, in that "the Devils are a Mickey Mouse organization". |

When Larry's headline is "Ilya Kovalchuk is Rangers’ most obvious step forward", you know there's NO obvious steps going forward... |

Scott Wheeler from The Athletic released his Top-100 rankings. Write-up's on the top 31, and here is the total list:

Liam Kirk ranked 95, might be a interesting pick at 90 |

Off topic, but does Tmap definitely resign MILLER with all their other players needing contracts in future? What does he end up getting $? |

He has to be qualified at 10% more than his cap hit this year and he's arbitration eligible. |

The Brit!
I'm intrigued by this kid in maybe the third or fourth round. He only played Prep School hockey, but he averaged over 2.5pts a game (2.66; 80pts in 30gp). Committed to Providence. Project, but there's potentially some upside there. Decent size, too. |

Larry Brooks waving some serious pompoms for Kovalchuk
I will say that NYR fans who hold it against Kovalchuk that he quit on the Devils are nuts

It has nothing to do with the Devils.

I would personally rather have 3 picks is the first round and maybe hit on 1 or 2 of those in the future rather than give up a good roster player and my picks for one guy that may or may not pan out... 3 chances at a stud compared to one chance sounds a lot better to me... Stay the course Rangers!! |
