For all those hating on Pekka remember you cant win unless you SCORE more than the other team......

Pekka has not been impressive.....I believe his save percentage is at or below 90% (but I certainly may be wrong). Sometimes you need a goalie win....and I don't think the Preds have had that. If you are going to win a Stanley Cup, you need top notch goaltending and Rinne is certainly overrated. And let's not forget the Preds defense has not been all that impressive either. If Big Buff is allowed to manhandle Nashville, it will be a long night the boys in white. Obviously their most complete game played was in game 4....they will need to be better than that to get back to Nashville....but can they? Very smart to put Hartnell in tonight....but he should have played in game 5. If they go down tonight, look no further than game 3 when they had an epic meltdown.

I still don't buy into LV, and whoever comes out of this series will go to the Cup Final.

Looks like Game 7 on Wednesday. Jets came out flat, blew 3 chances on the PP and now with a 2-0 lead, the Predators will lock it down. Almost a carbon copy of game 4 in Winnipeg. In my opinion the Jets needed this game to win the series. I don't see them winning a third time in Nashville. Kind of a boring game. I expected a much faster pace. Give the Preds credit. You do what you gotta do to win a game you gotta win and you don't worry about how it looks. I had Tampa and Nashville in the cup final and I'll stick to it.

Most, if not all, of the NBCSN crew are annoying as hell. I have to turn off the sound when Pierre is on. Doc is excellent and Liam at least tries to seem impartial. I imagine they're all on suicide watch tonight since the Pens were eliminated.

I don't know. Tampa is strong, but the Caps looked good against the Pens (that sounds strange to say). Winning that series may be what kicks them into gear. I think it's going to be a pretty good series to watch.
