I still get mad everytime I watch BOS. I wanted Pastarnak not Larkin. |

So weird. In the beginning looked like Larkin was a stud. WTF happened? |

He actually had a very strong year this year in his first full season at Center. He started out hot his rookie year because people weren't ready for his speed. The league adjusted and the second half of year 1 and year 2 were rough. He has rounded out his game a bit more to be more than just Darren Helm 2.0 |

No worries, man. I figured since you and everyone else was sharing their thoughts, I might as well too. Didn’t want to feel left out you know.

Boston never gave up,and the future will be bright for them. They just met a team that could probably dismantle anybody in the East.Black and gold |

Looking back, I blame Ek.
I was pumped when he picked Toronto,
and then he picked Boston |

Carlo going out just before the playoffs again was brutal. There was obviously no way to predict that at the time, but I think you gotta put some blame the trade deadline moves. I thought it was obvious they needed to go out and get a legit top 4 defender to help out Chara. Adding Holden, Wingels, and Gionta was fine for depth, and they didn't cost much, but instead of getting the top 4 defender they needed, they absolutely wasted a ton of assets on Rick Nash. I thought after watching the Tampa series, it only solidified that McDonagh was exactly the guy they needed... and with the amount of stuff they gave up to get Nash, they could have moved that package over to McDonagh and been pretty damn close. I know the word on the street was they wanted DeBrusk, but they could have gotten a deal done and not included DeBrusk if they didn't want to.
Poof, all those assets gone for like 20 games of Rick Nash. |

can't argue with any of that. High pick for a guy on a down year, who historically sucked in the playoffs, and didnt fit a glaring need.
That said the move looked good until the concussion.
