If nothing else it sorta puts the onus on the ownership being that every hockey insider basically has now reported “Lou to isles makes sense and could happen”. If they don’t hire someone it makes an already embarrassing organization look even worse (if possible).

So Lou while working in Toronto with his scouting staff didn’t keep up with the draft this year. I doubt it. I’m sure Lou has the book on all the prospects eligible in this years draft. If he’s hired he will have a say imho.
