I doubt it....Simmonds has tipped his hand in saying he wants to stay and Hextall has the leverage in that case. The GM can then play hardball. I also believe law of diminishing returns given Wayne’s age and that will come into play and it’d be unwise to give more than 5 mil once he gets into his 30s.
