As far as I know he is a very solid center for a top college program. Decent size, decent FO%, plays all phases of game (PP, PK). Remove his freshman year and he produced at 1 PPG. He played center from mid-sophmore season on... in the end thats more hopeful than most centers we have had. And on top of that he is maybe 3-4 inches taller than DD... lol

That's what I'm telling myself but you never know. Especially with Sergachev gone I wouldn't be surprised.

Let's see how he does at camp and go from there. He should play a full season in Laval anyway, I don't think we'll see him with the big club, barring injuries.

Got ya. I assumed he would have a season in Laval with occasional call ups, but my hope is he has what it takes to be a productive 2C with potential for 1C given his responsibilities and production in NCAA. Honestly there isn't much better floating around the team atm.
