With a new coach, what are your expectations? Round 1/2 exit? Cup? Or how long off a Cup are you? Peters must have had something to do with how the team played (very well at times), through the season both good & bad?

Talent level has progressed every year for the last three seasons.

Results have not.

Some of that is on goaltending, some of that is on poor coaching, some is a combination of both.

When things are going well, Peters is a great coach. When things start to slip he brings nothing to the table.

What I mean is that the team is dominant when things work. When it starts to slip though, he never did anything to fix it. Ever.
