Scoring in the playoffs goes down,
so even though Briere had less of a ppg average...
he was still an outstanding playoff performer
Pretty sure over that 4 or 5 year stretch that he had the most playoff points of anyone in the league

I think a big part of the “playoff choker” label that he’s been given,
is that he doesn’t score goals in the playoffs
I know he’s not a “goal” scorer,
but u need you best players to step up in the playoffs
He just doesn’t seem to do that
The most total goals he’s scored in a playoff season is 3

Even if he is a better passer,
that’s pretty bad

They don’t necessarily suck. All great individual players. All deserving of Cups. But at the end of the day you need to win the big one though no ? I’m 23, can’t really comment on anything past 2008 because I wasn’t cognizant for it.
