Apparently Paul MacLean is the front runner for Dallas.

I'd be all over Gronborg as an offensive coach (and potential replacement head coach)! He's got an excellent track record and has worked with virtually every high-end Swede to play in the NHL. Might be able to help provide insight to unlock Klefbom, Larsson and any other future Swedes (*cough* Dahlin).
