Full marks for the Preds showing up tonight to stomp on my avs, they are showing why they were a 117 point team this year...finally.

But they will be in for a war against the Jets if they are having issues with the Avs speeds. Jets are just as fast, but way more balanced, big mean and physical.

In all honesty, I did indeed think the Avs were just smoke and mirrors this season until they started smoking the Wilds shorts every game along with everyone else. I was clearly mistaken. They are once again an exciting young team and really would have loved to see them upset Smushville, but Avs fans should be feeling pretty good about a cellar dwelling squad that really opened eyes and finished with a post season birth and ultimately gave the top team in the league a run for their money.

It was a fun series, I enjoyed it start to finish. Good measuring stick top see how everyones favourite lovable Avs measured up to the best team in the league.

Proud of the boys for battling through and showing they are no push overs.
