- Niatnouf

No chance it's South African. It doesn't sound South African in the least.

No idea, Pete. I just saw him make some bad plays. Then this morning, I saw he was -5. This has nothing to do with the nonsense you spew.

The mother is not speaking English as a first language. Definitely not.

It's German. Trust me on that.

Also, in full disclosure, I've been to South Africa four or five times. It's a very distinct accent.

on another note i'm personally fascinated by SA history and all that. what was it like over there? did you go to Joberg?

Joberg is a complete poophole. Spent as little time as possible there. Was in Durban, Port Elizabeth and mostly in and around Cape Town. Was business and then mixed in some golf, vineyards, and a lifechanging safari at Shamwari. Cape Town is a very interesting place. It's pretty much wealthy as hell and poor right next door at the same time. But it's beautiful. The food is fantastic. But my favorite part of South Africa was the wine.

That started to happen a few years back. But then it seems they take a step back and have to start all over every so often. Then there are the coloreds (which is the term for citizens of color who are NOT black) who may have the toughest time of all fitting in.
