nothing more than a 2 minute penalty?! you're kidding right?? that was the dirtiest hit of the playoffs so far!. he deserved to be out for more than three games!
- Mandree85

I feel like you could use this exact quote for almost every game so far this playoff? Or:

"No penalty for that? You're kidding right? That was a dirty hit/slewfoot/crosscheck/etc..."

No he didn't. 3 games was more than enough. Should've been 2 if anything. But I'm over it, let's move on

lol i do say that a lot during the game. but looking at the hit again. it was dirty dirty dirty and kadri deserved to be suspended. the bruins got in his head and he mad a stupid decision. hopefully the boys can win tonight and then its a best out of three series with kadri coming back.

Go Leafs! Woo!

oh..and Jays

- senstroll

Still early.

But a 11-5 record without Donaldson and tulo’s 50 million combined contracts in the line up.

Not bad.
Although kc is horrible

Komarov is on the IR from being licked

must be filing a sexual harassment case to the NHLPA

imagine going and licking and kissing someone at a meeting at work

and yeah the Kadri hit was more stupid than anything, he saw Marner take an elbow to the head and reacted. Being kicked out that game and 1 more was more than enough.

Imagine blasting a chunk of vulcanized rubber 100mph at your coworker's face and no one batting an eyelash I love it when people try to make connections between hockey and the office as though they should follow the same COC.

I understand your point but again you cannot compare a hockey rink to any other place of work outside of sports.

I mean Imagine spitting, swearing, punching, fighting, hitting, smashing the office equipment at work?
So many things go on in a rink that would never fly at “a place of work”

It was a pretty weird move, but I haven't heard him complain about it so I think people should just let it go. Best thing to do is put pucks in the net, then Komo can give Brad a big sloppy one in the handshake on his way out

Idk man.

Whenever I have a problem with someone I usually meet them by the water cooler at 4:45 for some bare knuckle boxing. It's by the kitchen so if I'm losing I try and salvage some self respect by driving them head first into the refrigerator. I got 4 a for day suspension last time I did though

My manager went full Parros that week

Nobody cares about your boring-ass long stories that aren't hockey related.

Stick to talking about the Leafs, or STFU and leave.

P.S. I've had the Boston cream pie at the Omni Parker House. Meh.

You should take solace in the fact the Bruins at least won 2 games in a series where two teams were already swept

Maybe because all those are within the rules at a hockey game? Just like there are rules in the office.

If you break rules anywhere you get punished

Ah poor wedge. Have I stolen too much of your boring ass non-leaf related story telling thunder?

Maybe I'll leave and come back as Nuclear Wedgina. Just for you.

You need to try the Boston pancake. Now that, that would suit you quite well.

This comes up every once in a while, and the general consensus in Canadian law (please note: I'm not a lawyer) is that you consent to a certain level of violence when you play a sport.

If somebody does something that is waaaaaay outside of the general norms of the sport, criminal charges can be laid.

Bertuzzi was charged with criminal assault causing bodily harm (he pleaded guilty - 1 year probation and 80 hours of community service).

McSorley: assault with a weapon. 18 months probation.

Dino Ciccarelli trying to decapitate Luke Richardson with his stick: assault. $1000 fine and one day in jail.

I don't really see the licking as crossing this threshold.

Once again, I'm not a lawyer.
