System effects do come into play here but Ghost was best on PHI in this and Schultz was only better than Cole and Hunwick in this.

I dont see him becoming the force Chara became but MacPatty is right about how it took Chara a nice while. Chara was on his 3rd team by the time he put it all together. Defensemen usually take longer to round out. Oleksiak is huge, good skater, good checker and has a boomer shot. Its not completely far fetched that he keeps getting better, especially now that he's with the confidence boosting Pens.

Ghost has great fancy stats but when he goes up against Crosby he gets embarrassed.
