Throw Leipsic on that third line. Two fast wingers is never a bad idea.
Sutter centering the rookies. Both decent third lines.

I like that and thought about it . I didn't want to hear everyone say Sutter would kill their career so I didn't write it down

Ask booner. It’s qll about what fits your lifestyle. Winters suck because they are long. That’s my biggest knock.

It does get on the nerves here in AB. Was born in Van but have basically been in Alberta since the early 80's. We just had one of our worst springs in recorded history here. Calgary had 15-25 cm of snow fall in less than 24 hrs this past Sunday/Monday and a few weeks before that it was -27C overnight....it plays on your mind to be sure.

But like it or not Albertans are coming. Lots of people here looking to retire in the Okanagan or the Island so it is what it is.

The entire country has had a poor spring I think.

Finally gonna get some weather in the teens next week.

From now on we should refer to the bottom 6 as the waiver wire.

Aside from Dahlin who are you hoping for at the draft?

Zadina or Svechnikov if they're available.

I certainly don't want to force a pick for position.

My only problem with both is they are RW. Petterson Brock and JV also RW

Pettersson will be a center in a year and a half. Canucks are committed to this. Also, JV isn’t that important. If we draft a first line RW then Jake can play the left side

I personally think Petterson should play in the middle. Tkachuk plays LW but I have reservations about him for some reason i'm not really sure of.

I haven't really seen any of the D enough to know about them. I should have seen Dobson play a few times but i never went. Next year i'll live closer to the rink so maybe i'll get season tickets.

It is not a big deal no. I prefer a natural left winger but it is about goals . I like Tkachuk for puck battles but I am open for most of the top 10

Lots of good print on Dobson . I think any of the top 9 will be good. Christ I sound like Jimbo

Drafting players with specific future lines in mind is dangerous IMO

Draft the player you like best

Ya I dont think anyone will be unhappy with our pick this year.. unless going way off the board at 3 and not trading back type idea.

I have heard both sides of that. Some people say after the top 3 draft for need if things are close.

This top 9 all offer different talents and Canucks have many holes so I don't think there will be a bad choice
