I worked for the local Timmy's when I was in highschool and they made them on site. it was right around when I was leaving that they were making the change to baking them all in a central location and shipping them to each store frozen. I couldn't help but think it would lead to a downgrade in quality/taste. This would've been around '99 or 2000?

I think both are decent as long as it's fresh. But the McDonald's coffee has a taste I enjoy more. Although my favorite coffee is Maxwell House Hazelnut flavor, which I brew at home.

The supplier is different in Canada, McD's coffee here has one of the highest caffeine amounts with the major chains.
