OUCH ! ... someone, above, mentioned Melchiori ... cringe ... but - beggars can't be choosers ... Niku or Melchiori - OR - Poolman plays left side sometimes (?) ... then we have to backfill him if Myers not back

This is a tough one, to be sure ... AND we really do have to close out on Friday night - we don't wanna chase back down to Minni, again

Gotta go with what we got ... Niku's the skater with no playoff experience/hardly any NHL experience ... Melchiori has the size with no playoff experience/barely any NHL experience ... Poolman's a righty who has size with next to no playoff experience

Blend er up PoMo - over to you !

Myers is ready play Friday? Thats the word?

So JoMo is out on Friday, who plays the left side on Friday assuming Myers is ready to go and Enstrom is not? What are the pairings based on this scenario?

Hopefully Meyers is back. Whats the eta on Enstrom and Kulikov? Still not time to get too worried, Niku looks like a great D in the making and was a 5th rounder....Wow

Niku was 7th rounder. Diamond in the rough. Enstrom is skating now apparently, don't know anything about Kuli or where he is at but I wouldn't expect him back anytime soon.

This is it. Myers, if he is available or not, Poolman, Niku, Melchiori (I guess). This would be your options besides Trouba, Buff, Chairot and Morrow for Friday.

I guess Niku has to make a debut at some point but I am a bit hesitant with the size and weight thing. They list him at 176 and 6 1. I think he needs to hit the cheeseburger stands this summer and bulk up a bit but he is a good skater to offset the forecheck of the Wild. I would suspect the Wild will be coming out hard Friday. I would prefer a bigger body for Friday but, I am not the coach.

We just need to squeeze out one game and finish it.

Were going to win tonite with our 7th and 8th defensemen and an AHL rookie to spite Boudreau's whining. Love it
