He's requiring some treatment on his glove hand.

It's all smoke & mirrors. Courts will play.

How has young Patrick gone this season to date?

You sound very confident of this Aussie.

If he does indeed hit the ice tonight, that leg will not be 100%. No way.

Id say you could dig up a vid like this for any player in the league at some point...then give it the xbox visual treatment.

I could be wrong. I posted a comment in the Flyers thread about a coach & player making up a bs injury before a grand final here years ago. It's a very common practice here saying a player is injured or sick before a big game when in fact they're not - trying to (frank) with the opposition. Will he play? Won't he play? Is he injured? We will work him over it's going by to be easy....

The sequence just doesn't fit for me where Gudas happened to reverse into a flying Couts that took a yuuge dive onto the ice. What was he going to do if Gudas didn't make contact? It might just be my suspicious nature or complete lack of experience in hockey practice.

No, I dont think what happened was a conspiracy. Coots was extremely mad at the carelessness of it and tossed his stick aggressively. He was not pleased at all. Sure he "walked" away from it...but most times it takes a little time for swelling to commence.
'
EDIT: also, I dont think the Pens change anything whether they know or just think a player on the other team is injured.

hahaha

Think Coots will play tonight Matchett?

- MattStrat

Hoping so, as I'll be there.

But it's the Flyers, which means it's likely a career-ender.

He had a rough start coming back from hernia surgery, which is part of why he went #2 (taking nothing away from Hischier). But the last 1/3 of the season, you could see him start to assert himself more, and he was one of the better players the last month of the season.

Of course it matters. If he plays then there's different tactics than if he doesn't. Who plays where if he doesn't play?

This story I told was full on, they were on TV being interviewed all week saying how bad this players ankle was. Plus he was limping around nearly not being able to walk - it was hilarious when they came out after it & said it was all bullpoop & they were pissing themselves after every interview & TV report. Psychological warfare my friend, it's a big thing & it exists.

Will he be getting better next season you think or may suffer the sophomore disease?

This should be a great experience for him playing playoff hockey 1st year in.

Sully said he was out for the game already yesterday. Don't think anything changed.

I personally don't think Coots plays tonight but if he does he wnt be 100%.Huge loss for them, much bigger than Horn being out. I see the Flyers coming out very aggressive tonight knowing if they lose tonight, the rest will be just a formality.

Go ahead, grab whatever ya want. Allow me to reiterate for ya. The Predators forwards of this year are comparable to the Blackhawks forwards that won the cup. There ya go. No need to go back and get it.

Here, I'll even go a step further for your Kangaroo dumbass.

This years Predators team scored more goals in the regular season than all 3 of the Blackhawks cup teams. They also had more goals per game than the Hawks team that won the shortened lockout season.

You think they're as good as Tuzza and Keenzy were? Dunksa was way better than any dman, as was Brooksa

I'm sure they'll inject him with some miracle shot to get him through the game. This game is too pivotal.
