Is anything ever with this franchise? - hereticpride
well the NHL obviously does no clarity favors. hell be labeled a game time decision with a lower body injury.
could mean a cramp, could mean he suffered an injury that will keep him out through training camp.
i'm still not sure what hornqvists deal is or what exactly occurred either. hes officially out.

Just from Coots stick throw, I'm thinking he felt a pop in his knee - dragonoffrost
yeah from that reaction it didnt look good. sometimes players just know. or he could have just been overwhelmed with gudas just being an in the way dope and david steckeling him. |

I popped my knee in a ski accident and my pole became a projectile like that stick. |

I can't believe that anyone is placing blame on the Couturier/Gudas collision.
It was an accident.
There were multiple drills going on at the same time. Neither player saw the other.
Accident.
Plain and simple. |

Yes, he definitely was not happy when he hit the ice. But I was encouraged that he walked away, albeit with a limp. Given it's the playoffs I'm hoping for a brace and he'll be out there tomorrow. |

Tomorrow morning will be real telling. I walked after the ski accident the next day my knee was a watermelon. |

i think youre correct in how it will play out. it will just be a matter of how much it limits effectiveness.
i know some on here 2Really hope for injuries to players, but most fans really dont want to see an advantage or disadvantage that way. |

This! It’s like that scene from the Don Cherry movie! Gudas is dead to me. Morin will be a much improved version anyways. RH be damned! |

Holy poop, I can't believe people are actually arguing who to place blame upon for an injury that occurred during practice. Everyone needs a hobby. For the love of God, please shut up about Gudas... |

Why didn't Gudas just let Couturier go around him? He's been allowing the opposition go around him all season... |
