That’s it. Just because some of the young guys aren’t deemed ready that’s no excuse to stick with absolutely poopty vets...others teams wouldn’t...it’s (frank)ing ridiculous how certain guys haven’t been jettisoned out of town. No excuse.

Elliott is painfully slow moving side to side. Lucky Malkin didn’t pot that wrap around near the end of the period. If I’m Giroux and this ends in a loss (seems inevitable) I’m calling out Elliott after this game after his comments following Game 3. They have the Pens pinned down for what seemed like 3 minutes straight and the goalie lets one trickle through his legs. Joke.

Well of course he should have been traded after the last season. Just like Streit should have been traded after his career season a couple of years back. Hextall blew those trade possibilities.

He would not have made much difference if healthy. But there is no way he would not have shown more energy.
