It's a great measuring stick series. Winning in my opinion was never realistic but if we lose one key player, it shouldn't be a reason used to why we lose this series. Take Coots away, it really shows just how thin we are at center.

Under the category of hopeful optimism, I guess it's a good sign that Couturier hasn't been ruled out of the game. Maybe a game time decision.

Sure. Absolutely.

The problem is, this team is inconsistent. The issues heading into the playoffs were so glaring, I've listed them more than ten times in the last month and most of those issues never went away. Pitt is going for their third cup in a row.

Raggedy Radko Gudas is one of the SINGLE most poisonous players in the entire NHL and perhaps in the entire world. Today the faltering Philadelphia Flyers lost HIGH END Sean Couturier because LOW END Radko injured him. Gudas is ugly both inside and out and is a total DUNCE! Sad!

When Gudas is on the scratch list tonight you’ll all know the hit was intentional and malicious
