he was as much part of the whole experience of 1994 as anyone else

I'll bet they do the anthem the way the Flyers do next year with JA on the big screen. That would be pretty cool.

Never really understood the point of the Chief. I don't really understand Dancing Larry either though.

Chief served a purpose, I miss how you could walk around between the lower and upper bowls, Larry is a side show and nothing more, nice guy but no one wants to see a bald pale white guy in his 40's dancing when he's got no rhythm

I think I hate the new rows being 24 seats long more than anything else

now when somebody needs to get up and get out, everybody has gotta get up too

Well yeah, I mean I just never understood what an person dressed in a head dress and face paint had to do with the Rangers. Seemed like a really nice guy though

if the Rangers win the lottery *daring to dream*

Dahlin immediately becomes first pair left handed defenseman

Skjei right behind him

the possibility for subsequent trades would be endless, it's a game changer for this franchise

start praying now if you haven't already

Why do you think this would trigger trades? We would still need another D man or two even with Dahlin

Well you would have Dahlin, Skjei, Staal on the left on the right would be Shatty, Pionk, Smith I'm assuming

Dahlin-Shattenkirk
Skjei-Pionk

it could even make buying one of those guys out even easier to handle, because they know they have a franchise player like Dahlin for the first few years on an entry level deal

Staal would have to be bought out, can't imagine a team wanting him

if I had to guess, I still would bet they'd buy out Smith before Staal, I just think they like Staal better.

Getting rid of that COMPLETELY RUINED the Garden. Ruined the interaction between fans and made the garden not fun, it lost its soul. I barely go anymore because it just sucks. This coming from someone who literally grew up in that arena from the early 80's on.
