Layed an egg tonite. Didn't skate like they are able to and you have to stop the puck. Helle didn't see a few of them and everyhting is bouncing Minny's way, so flush and move on.

Wow! Down 6-2 & absolutely no physical response from the Jets, just packed it in & called it a night. It’s okay to lose, but you HAVE to set the tone for the next game, just like Minny did in game 2. Where’s the passion?

No, you senile old fool.

The Leafs aren't going to Macklehienny over Freddy and the Jets won't be going with Mason over Hellybuck.

They both have established themselves as top 10 in the league. You don't sewer them for one bad game.

Helle will start game 4. I was hoping to be wrong but the Wild did what they had to do a played a great game. Give credit to where its due. Time for Maurice to do some tweaking especially on the Power play. They was not nearly enough movement on the PP and the only tweak was moving Schief over to Laine's spot. More adjustments needed. The PK really needs Hendricks back. It wasn't great the last 10 games of the season since he left and still hasn't recovered. If Myers is also gone it presents a big hole. Bottom line is the Jets took way too many penalties and have to be more disciplined like in game one and two.

As for Myers it appeared to be his right knee but its hard to say. Likely hyper-extended. He seemed in a lot of pain and thats obviously not a good sign. Lets hope he's OK because the way Trouba is playing we really need Myers. Even the usually reliable Morrissey made a lot of errors last night. Especially not taking the man (body) in front of the net out of the play. We could also use Perreault back.

Bottom line though is every series has swings just like Philly beating the Pens 5-1 in game 2 after losing 7-0 . The real Jets will be back.

Meh, it's just one game. The score was more lopsided than the play. Wild are the second best home team in the league and haven't lost 3 in a row all season. I know the Jets looked great in the first 2 games but especially with the travel issues game 3 was set up for the wild to win.

Realistically the best we could have been hoping for was a split so we can finish them in 5. Thinking we were going to sweep them is a bit naïve.

I didn't like Foligno going Tonya Harding on Myers knee. Such a dirty play. I would hope that it was an accident but it sure looks like he did it on purpose. If it was on purpose I bet he looks back on that moment at the end of his career as something he would've done differently. Oh well, don't worry about retribution in the playoffs. Plenty of time next year to settle the score.

Foligno went down to block a shot/pass and looked to be more off balance than anything as he slid into Myers. It looked to me like he was trying to regain his balance and stand up by grabbing onto him.

I didn't see any kind of intent to do anything there other than block the direct shooting/passing lanes in front of him. nothing dirty about it, just an awkward play
