Parros is a pretty articulate guy, the thing is I think he does know what he is doing just this is the new normal.

There will be more large suspensions. I think the NHL is really starting to grow concerned, at least behind closed doors, about concussions.

The man does have a pretty decent resume if you think about it and it doesnt hurt that he was an NHL enforcer. Went to Princeton and had over 1000 penalty minutes in the NHL. He should know what hes doing right?
