It wasn’t vicious but it was blatant contact to the head, it was obvious but both refs chose to look the other way which led to the Kadri check.

So many problems with Kadri:

1. The kid has no identity. He was never a thug until Mathews arrived. Since then he has tried to reinvent his game with a blunt edge of a rusty sword.

2. He is Reactionary, he is used by other teams. He is 2018's Phaneuf.

3. He is dumb. If he is going to butt-check a player's face... maybe chose someone who's hit will have an effect on the team rather than butt-checking a 4th line checker.

4. All Wingles is now is serious bill board material.

That really news. Is it not always released about 3:30pst? They do that so that there can be no uproar if the decision is highly disputed.

Kadri saw red and went too far. Bruins were pulling cheap shot all night taking shots and hacks at Marner/Matthews/Nylander. Finally something happened in front of Kadri, without the refs stepping in, so he wanted to send a message. He just did it in a bad way.

The sad part about you is that you wouldn't be here if the Leafs won last night.
