I think that group needs additions and subtractions. Bogo won't last. Beaulieu stinks and Guhle isn't ready for top pairing minutes yet, perhaps even ever. I kind of feel bad for Botts because there's no way to turn that around in one offseason, but if we're last again I worry he'll get poop canned by Uncle Terry prematurely.

I just think we are stuck with Bogo. He's too oft injured, he'd take a Horton-esque return to move. Which means we'd either take a cap dump back in exchange for him or we'd have to pay a treasure trove of assets.

If I could move Bogo and Bailey for a 7th rounder, I'd do it at this point. I just don't think that would even start convos. I'm willing to give Beaulieu another year on the bottom pairing. He showed flashes. Antipin can stay or go, he's alright depth at least. Doesn't matter though you are right.

Bogo and Okposo for Bobby Ryan? sort of a 2-for-1 deal

Idk how you get there, but i would definitely explore that route. Not necessarily Ryan, but something like that. IF they did do that deal though, and there's a lockout, perhaps they'd get an amnesty buyout and they could use it on him. I think it's better to have one really bad contract than 2 pretty bad contracts

Or just buy bogo out if you can
