That’s exactly what it is. He could be the 3rd line C here just like he is in Toronto. Be on the 2nd PP.

Asplund, Olofsson, Oglieve, Pu will all be in Rochester next year. Nylander most likely starts the year there barring a good training camp. Bailey and Baptiste are on the Sabres starting day 1 as they are now exposed to waivers of sent down. Smith most likely up as well.

I think he's just saying what everyone wants to hear, but his hands are tied. Even if he wanted to move a lot of these guys, who would take them?
