I think they are changing the date to Dec 1st starting this year.

I would also extend it to at least April 1st. There are always a bunch of idiots who put their low profile high performance summer tires on March 15th a.m.

Yeah, I had an appointment this morning to put my new summer tires on, I just dropped my mag wheels at the garage and ask them to put the new tires on...I'll install them myself next Saturday when it's expected to be 10'C and sunny
