I was home in March, my niece's boyfriend and my nephew went to a whole bunch of micro breweries and such, bought so many different craft beers, a regular sized fridge full, then I told them I really don't drink much beer. Lol.

I've never seen a collection like this, they must of hit the beer circuit for days.

So many honey, grapefruit, lime, they still had a few pumpkin flavours left over from before.

It was like, what will we try next.

The Mill Street stuff was quite good, they had stuff from all over, weird names from Great Lakes Brewery and so on and so on...

Edit: and some weird German stuff, it was half different fruits and half beer.

They forgot to turn to taps off one morning in the Maple Leaf Lounge... so when I rolled in on the red eye from Calgary and saw I could get some draft, I immediately poured myself a tall glass... then a lounge worker gave me the gears in what I believe was some form of English...

I honestly believe that airports are one of the only places in the world where a person should be able to have a drink without judgement, at any time. It's the one pleasure that I get out of flying, and I'd like to be able to do it with dignity.

You're allowed to take as many of those spark plug liquor bottles as you want on a plane... so when I know I'm going to be doing some annoying travel, I always throw some in my carry on...

My friend is not a good flier and basically loads up on gin and tonics and sleeps through every flight.

That's one way to do it for sure.

I'm a pretty good flyer... I can go 6 hours without having to take a piss, I like sitting quietly by the window seat, I don't put up a stink with the airline crew or get pissy when they lose my bags.

The one thing I ask is that I be allowed to enjoy a beer on a 2 hour layover at Pearson before I get on my next 5.5h leg, regardless of the hour of the day.
