Do Eichel and Cryin' o'reilly get along or not? If they don't, goodbye cryin'. If they're ok (don't have to be best friends) then keep them both. they are not the problem. O'reilly is neither as good as his fans think he is, nor as bad as his detractors say. He's an above average player on a sh!t team. He's also 1 of only a handful of guys on this team that could play on any team in the league. you try to keep those guys.
